Legal Compliance & Data Protection

FERPA Compliance (United States):

Wisconsin State Law Compliance:

This system complies with Wisconsin Statute § 118.125 (Pupil Records) and Wisconsin Statute § 16.61 (Public Records Retention). All pupil records are treated as confidential and retained in accordance with state law.

Educational Records Accuracy

All educational records, including but not limited to attendance, grades, assignments, and student information, are maintained in accordance with FERPA and applicable regulations. The total aggregate liability of Neeraj's AI Software for all claims arising out of or relating to this application shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) to access this service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
